This is the reverse side of the first of a series of new "Sacagawea" dollars issued this year. They are supposed to be in circulation, but all the banks in our area say that they will not be getting any of them. I would much rather prefer one in circulation- I don't necessarily like freshly minted coins for my collection, and they are a lot cheaper that way! If any of you happen across one, or find out where you can get one, please let me know- I'd be happy to pay you back for it! :)

2009 Native American Dollar Coin
For those of you who do not know, I am a major coin collector. I have been starting to put my focus on American coins instead of other countries- especially with all the new developments coming out this year. One of which I have not been able to track down....

I didn't know you collected coins--I'll watch for you too...I would love to find one for you. We've never really collected coins, but my Brian wants to get the entire 50 state quarter collection this year.
