HOMM

 Ian ran his first half marathon with me this year- my only half this year.  We ran the Herriman Oquirrh Mountain Marathon [HOMM].  We probably didn't do as well as we could have- I've been a real complainer this year and a whimp.  But Ian stayed true to his word and ran along side me the entire way- even to the finish!  AND we ended up beating all of my previous half marathon times afterall!  I don't know whether he'll run another half marathon or not... but it was nice to at least do this one together.

Serra's Last Preschool Days

Since Serra's birthday is during summer break, she got to have a "school birthday" in May to celebrate with her classmates.  I made some Tangled Rapunzel ice cream cone cupcakes that I found on Pinterest- she LOVED it!

And Serra got to graduate from Preschool- through some unhappy circumstances, I missed getting video of most of the important stuff- like her little talking part!  [Still trying not to cry over that... she did SO good!]  I got a DVD from another mother with some of the silly songs they sang- I just haven't had a chance to watch it yet.  But here is at least the video of Serra getting her certificate & scrapbook from her teachers.
